Applications open — next procurement round
The program

Group orders. Shared freight. Clear terms.

Rather than every artist importing Bullseye Glass alone, orders are combined into one consolidated shipment. Less admin, lower freight, and pricing everyone can see.

Who it's for

Applications are open to glass artists, hobbyists, studios, schools, universities and community organisations — anyone with a legitimate use for Bullseye Glass.

Approval gives you ongoing access to future procurement rounds. There's no obligation to order every round, and no cost to apply.

Applications can be declined where necessary to keep the program operating fairly and efficiently for everyone in it.

Run by the studio

The program is run by Golden Glassworks alongside our own kiln-forming practice — read more about the studio →

How it works

Five steps, in order.

01
Apply
Submit an application. We review it to keep the program running fairly for everyone in it.
02
Wait for a round
Approved members are notified when a procurement round opens — roughly three times a year.
03
Order
Build your product list. Full crates and bulk quantities are welcome, subject to availability.
04
Two invoices
One for your glass, one for freight — issued separately once the consolidated shipment is confirmed.
05
Collect or deliver
Pick up from a regional collection point or arrange delivery, where available for your round.
FAQ

Everything you've asked us before.

Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No formal minimum at present, though unusually small orders may be reviewed if freight or admin costs become impractical.
Can I change my order?
Usually, yes — up until the consolidated Bullseye order is submitted. After that, changes may not be possible.
Pricing & billing
Why AUD, and why does the rate differ from Google?
Invoicing in AUD gives pricing certainty. The rate reflects the real cost of purchasing in USD, including banking costs and protection against exchange-rate movement.
Why are there two invoices?
Freight can't be calculated accurately until the consolidated shipment is confirmed, so it's invoiced separately from the glass itself.
Shipping & collection
Can I become a collection point for my region?
Yes — we're always interested in studios, schools or organisations that want to host regional pickup, which helps lower freight for everyone.
General
Do you hold Bullseye Glass in stock?
No — the program runs on consolidated ordering rather than standing inventory, so glass is ordered specifically for each round.
